It starts with our core people and expands based on the need of the project. We have cinematographers, editors, colorists, animators, 3D renderers, and everything in between. The constant is a team that cares about your production as much as you do.


  • Founder/Director

    Matt found his passion for filmmaking by making music videos. 20 years later, after countless productions, an MFA in Film and Animation, and dozens of awards, Matt started Northlight to blend creative thinking with flawless execution.


  • Executive Producer

    After spending 15 years at an advertising agency managing accounts and clients (sweetly), Traci joined Northlight to ensure the experience of working with us is as good as the output.
